cara mudah mengurus tekanan.....

rasa mengantuk pula sebab sorang2 duk kat sini..kerje pun da siap..so time to write and share to u guys....this time i wanna share about how to overcome our stress....look interesting right???...i'll give 4 simple ways and we all can do it...okey lets check it out:-

1. discussion...or talk to someone/somebody that you are close to. tell her/he about ur feeling..your sadness..to your family or best friend...or you can write it down...write in a diary may be...it will make you relief and relax.but.....if your problem become havier..you supposed to see the expert or therapist because it really help.
2. calmness.....take a breath and silent for a moment. you also can listen to the soft music for the relaxation. if you want .....if not you just listen to the nature....singing of the birds....hmmm so tranquil....so quiet....so relax....don't forget to close eyes...
3. sesi kaunseling...eh.eh..eh..tadi english..tup..tup..tup..melayu pula..alah..tak apalah..nanti orang kata i lupa pla kt bahasa ibunda...okey la tuan2 dan puan2...pergila sesi kaunseling....sangat bagus boleh share masalah dgn kengkawan sesi terapi yang lain.selain sharing ble gak bagi pendapat macam mana nak solve teh problem kann...
4. last but not least, terapi tingkah laku...oppsss..mcm mana pula tu ye?..haaa..mcm ni...mudah je..jagalah tingkah laku anda. elakkan buat benda2 bodoh mcm nk bunuh diri ke, minum clorox ke..jgn sesekali pikir nak buat benda mcm tu...kita yg mati ni terseksa yang hidup pun merana...x payahla menyusahkan orangkan...elakkan terlalu banyak merokok.selalunya terjadi di kalangan lelaki kan..kaum adam ni klu stress dia boleh habiskan 2-3 kotak rokok dalam 1 hari. ada yang mungkin lebih daripada itu.jangannnn....x baik untuk kesihatan.

wokehla...itu saja info yang saya dapat share with you all for this chapter...i ingatkan nak buat cerita la on the next chapter..tapi tengah fikir lagi citer apa nak tulis.......
